We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. Change of mind?  No problem.  Return any product within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.  We truly appreciate your business and to show our appreciation, we provide both free shipping and free returns of merchandise as is detailed below.   A complimentary return label is provided with each purchase.   You can always contact us for any return questions at Support@blackpowdermovement.com.

  2. One-Year Warranty: We stand behind the enduring quality of our products with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Should any Black Powder product fail due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use within one year from the date of purchase, we will replace the product free of charge. Should the returned product be out of stock or discontinued, we will replace the product free of charge with one of equal or higher value as chosen by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  As a point of emphasis, you will be refunded on your original payment method.
